To ensure the best experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies:

 

Cancellations & Reschedules:

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments.

Appointments canceled within 48 hours will incur a 50% service fee.

 

No-Shows:

Guests who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

This balance must be paid before booking any future appointments.

 

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a 50% service fee will apply.

 

New Guests with Existing Lash Extensions:

A one-time $145 transfer fill fee applies for guests with lash extensions done by another artist.

Please be sure to book a Transfer Fill.

In some cases, a full set may be required depending on the condition of the lashes.
